Reporteq took time to understand our needs and provide estimates for API project between Salesforce and SMS Chatbot. Their estimates were pretty close to the actuals. Our project team met weekly with Reporteq to discuss user stories, progress, and next steps. I would like to give kudos to Nathan G from Reporteq who is the lead and SME on this project from their end. Nathan was very knowledgeable and asked the right questions during design and development. Diego T helped keep things on track also. From a communication standpoint, it would help if they respond quickly without the need for multiple follow-up emails but that wasn’t too much of a hindrance to the project’s progress though because of the weekly meetings. Overall, I would recommend Reporteq for technology projects based on their talent pool and professionalism.

This was a great experience. Going into looking to build a software program can be very complex. I really appreciate the way Bryan took the time to talk with me and walk through the wire-framing. After we initially worked together he went back to the Team and discussed. They came back to me with additional questions to help clarify.
