Job Description:
We are actively looking for a dedicated and proficient Technical Business Analyst to collaboratively work with our team. With a key role in Stakeholder Management, Requirement Gathering and Documentation (particularly Functional Requirement Specifications – FRS, and System Requirement Specifications – SRS), the ideal candidate will form a significant bridge between our key stakeholders and development teams. A fine acuity to the latest AI trends pertaining to Requirements Analysis and Documentation will provide an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
– Act as an essential intermediary between stakeholders and technical teams to comprehend business necessities and translate them into business/functional requirements.
– Elicit, precisely analyze, and record requirements from stakeholders leveraging methods such as interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis.
– Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation including but not limited to Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
– Manage changes to base-line requirements consistently through effective utilization of change control processes and tools.
– Transform business requirements to system/technical prerequisites. Exhibit effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all tiers, such as analysts, developers, and business partners.
– Participate in design reviews, providing vital inputs on requirements, identifying the feasibility of proposed solutions, and prioritizing efforts.
– Execute gap analysis by assessing the existing state, defining the anticipated state, identifying the gap, and outlining a roadmap for improved processes.
– Drive decision-making processes by creating well-structured business cases to evaluate the costs and benefits of various potential solutions.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
– Proven track record as a Technical Business Analyst.
– Detailed understanding of business process and system process within one or more knowledge areas.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on technical writing skills.
– Proficiency in creating detail-oriented, comprehensive documentation, including FRS and SRS.
– Exceptional capabilities in liaising with stakeholders and subject matter experts at all levels.
– Fluent in translation of technical terminologies to a non-technical audience.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities, willingness to think creatively, and eagerness to perform hands-on work.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project.
– Awareness of the latest AI trends applicable to Requirements Analysis and Documentation is highly desired.
